Ltd. company should not promote pyramid scheme or commitments of returns on investments/s ( on purchase of product/s or without the purchase of product/s) in the form of interest, salary, loan, help, donation, market developments fees and support fund to/through the direct sellers, to any individual/s.
  • Ishaavia Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd. the Company should not generate or pay-out or commit commissions/incentives against part payment or advance received against the sale or future commitment to sell any product/s.
  • Any person over 18 years, can join as Ishaavia Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Independent Business Owner (DIRECT SELLER). Irrespective of his/her caste, caste, creed & Nationality through proper recommendation and approved of Directors of the Company.
  • An Individual may solicit with the company to become a Distributor, he/she should complete KYC documentation and an agreement with the company before participating in this Business Opportunity.
  • Before getting into the business, you are advised to thoroughly read our documents of Business plan, distributor agreement, products refund policy, Grievance redressal mechanism, Disclaimer and privacy policy.
  • All (DIRECT SELLER) may solicit with company by submission KYC/documents Then they eligible of are selling products/Retails Products as per company guidelines of company and eligible to receive defined commission.
  • (DIRECT SELLER) will promote the products of Ishaavia Global Marketing Pvt.Ltd Online only and should ensure full efforts and supports towards the company.
  • All (DIRECT SELLER) must write their sponsor’s code number and name in application form.
  • If any (DIRECT SELLER) is found involved in antiCompany/violation of rules and regulations of the company, he/she shall be terminated/suspended.
  • All (DIRECT SELLER) shall abide by amendments in the rules/ regulations/guidelines made by the company from time to time.
  • Once any (DIRECT SELLER) is enrolled with any specific group he/she cannot associated with other group and is advised not to discuss with any other unrelated (DIRECT SELLER) regarding commission etc. violation of this norm may attract termination/suspension without any notice.
  • Cash collected from the client for the purchase of the purchase of products should be deposited in the office on the same day.
  • Products details should be well understood by all the (DIRECT SELLER)
  • (DIRECT SELLER) should not issue receipt on his/her own Name.
  • Failure to achieve targets may attract suspension/termination (DIRECT SELLER)
  • (DIRECT SELLER) are not authorised to collect cash from the Buyers
  • The (DIRECT SELLER) code must be renewed yearly.
  • The (DIRECT SELLER) status does not create any employer-employee relation.
  • The association of (DIRECT SELLER) with company is on commission basis & is a principal to principal relation.
  • (DIRECT SELLER) should not bind the company by singing any documents of contract liability debt of any others documents
  • (DIRECT SELLER) do not have authority to sing on behalf of company.
  • Ishaavia Global Marketing Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to amend and modify the commission structure of any individual (DIRECT SELLER).
  • TDS will be deducted at source from the commission as per the Central Government rules regulations. IT Rule.
  • The Company reserve the right to change to change or discontinue its progress without any prior notice. All Disputes shall be subjected to Nagpur Jurisdiction only DIRECT SELLER appointed be the Company.
  • DIRECT SELLER are deemed to oblige the company policies & procedure by default as soon as you become a Distributor
  • DIRECT SELLER Sales from each team will be calculated on every pay cycle basis to benefit as per following bonuses.
  • DIRECT SELLER should have the opportunity to earn by retaining of products even though he may not have introduced any direct seller in his/her tree structure/ making Organization.

  • DIRECT SELLER There should be no compulsion or the minimum purchase criteria to activate and start earning income from the compensation plan.
